Meredith Hattendorf, Board Member
Meredith is a Chicago native, and while she has long been a fan of Twenty Percent's productions, this is her first season serving on the Board. She is delighted to be working with such a talented and inspiring group of women. By day, she is a commercial litigation attorney, wrangling the finer details of contract interpretation, copyright infringment, and insurance disputes. By night, she is an avid appreciator of theater and film, amateur chef, and expert dart thrower.

Rachel Domaracki, Board Member
Rached has been in Chicago since 2002, when she moved to the city to study arts management at Columbia College. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in arts management. Rached has worked for Steppenwolf Theatre Company since 2002, where she has been the Director of Finance for the past 3 ½ years. Serving on the board of 20% is a new endeavor for Rachel, and her goal is to be an advocate for the company’s work and mission in a way that will further strengthen its presence in the arts community. Rachel looks forward to working with 20% in the coming year.
